At FireFly Barbecue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flavorful purchase; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund. Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal sauces and rubs, we cannot accept returns on food products that have been opened or used.

Inspect your package immediately upon arrival to ensure all sauces, rubs, and marinades are present and the seals are intact.

If there is an issue, email our support team with your order number and photos of any damaged goods or shipping boxes.
